Error al escribir un event log
Buenas expert@s, tengo el siguiente problema, quiero escribir un event log en APPLICATION que viene por defecto en el windows XP, intento escribirlo de la siguiente manera:
System.Diagnostics.EventLog.writeEntry("Application",mensaje,EventLogEntryType.SuccessAudit,0);
pero me sale el mensaje de error "The description Event ID [0] in source [Application] cannot be found, The local computer may not have the necesary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE = flag to retrieve this description, see help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event."
??????????No se encuentro el error y lo necesito con urgencia...gracias por su ayuda......
