Si miras el código de la página, veras que el script hace referencia a una url donde esta la fuente (src):

Y si miras esa url http: // optimizedby ... verás que trabaja con javascript llamando a funciones en flash:

Gracias amigo no habia notado eso , pero yo no se nada de javascript, ahora ese es el codigo que hace eso??.
