Cogi un trailer de quicktime y lo recorte y lo guarde como optimizada, en gif, lo que pasa esque va muy rapido, hay alguna forma de hacerlo que vaya normal, muchas gracias señor, siento mucho por mi letra soy ingles, :) gracias una vez mas.

Because this is your native language I'll give you my help using it...
After you had opened your gif on ImageReady you should see three windows:
1. The preview, were you should see the result
2. The layers, were all the images on your file are
3. The animation strip, were all the images are viewed like frames.
In the animation strip at the inferior side of every frame you should see an indication of time... usually is at 0 sec by default.
Click over it and it will appear a menu with different selections of time (delay).
Choose the one that you think it will be the best delay for your animation.
Repeat this process on every frame until you had them all.
Test your motion on the preview window and if it's ok you are done if not, change the delay again.
