Sybase: Unable to allocate connection record in. AYUDA

Hola que tal, quiero saber si me puedes apoyar con algo, estaba trabajando con php y postgresql y todo bien, pero ahora necesito conectarme con sybase y estoy obteniendo este mensaje:

así es como compilé php : ./configure --prefix=/opt/web/apache2/php --with-apxs2=/opt/web/apache2/bin/apxs --with-sybase-ct=/opt/sybase/OCS-15_0 --with-config-file-path=/opt/web/apache2/php --enable-safe-mode --with-zlib --enable-calendar --with-db4 --enable-ctype --enable-ftp --enable-sockets

no hubo errores...

por favor si me pudieras ayudar, ya se me acabaron las ideas.+

Estoy trabajando con php 5.3.10 y Sybse ASE 15-5 en Fedora 14.
