¿Solución a virus NTUSER?
Me entró un virus a través de un USB. Justo tras conectarlo, hice un escaneo con el Norton y me dijo que había 5 virus, así que los limpió (en principio).
Al cabo de un rato, me salió un texto de NORTON que me sugería reiniciar el PC, por cuestión de seguridad.
Le hice caso...
Y al reiniciar, me di cuenta que algunas cosas habían cambiado: se me habían duplicado muchas carpetas, aunque todas ellas salían con 0 Kb. Cuando intento acceder a ellas me dice: ''acceso denegado''.
Y en mi carpeta principal, me han aparecido unos cuantos iconos de nombre NTUSER.dat, que no estaban allí. (Nutser.dat log1, log 2, un archivo BLF también de NTUSER y algunos más).
Mi antivirus Norton 2009 no me detacta nada extraño. He probado con SuperAntiSpyware y tampoco me lo ha solucionado. Al menos, estos archivos NTUSER siguen allí. Y cuando intento borrarlos o abrirlos, me dice que están en uso.
He leído que los archivos Ntuser son parte del sistema, etc... Pero lo que sé es que ESTOS archivos que me aparecieron por culpa del USB, no estaban allí antes. Y el USB estaba infectado SEGURO, porque Norton limpió 5 virus 'de alto riesgo'. Parece que no supo limpiar bien y me pasaron a mi PC.
Agradecería que algún experto me diera una solución para quitar estos archivos de allí. Además, en cada una de mis carpetas y subcarpetas, han aparecido archivos llamados Desktop, de tipo ''Opciones de configuración''. ¿Formateando se arreglaría todo?

Esos archivos simplemente no estaban ahí porque estaban ocultos. Son archivos protegidos del sistema, y concretamente pertenecen al perfil del usuario, con lo cual no los puedes borrar porque los estas usando en este momento. Lo único que puedes hacer, es entrar con otro usuario, y rpobar a eliminarlos. Por cierto, ¿has probado a restaurar sistema sin más? Es una opción que se nos olvida, pero es lo primero que deberíamos de probar cuando nos sucede algo de esto.
Para ello te vas a INicio, programas, accesorios, herramientas del sistema, y escoges restaurar sistema. Comprueba que tengas algún punto de fecha anterior a lo que te paso con el USB creado, y restáuralo a ese día. Si todo va bien, el sistema debería de quedarse tal y como estaba ese día. Es decir si se instalo algo desde ese día lo perderías. Restaurar sistema afecta a programas y configuraciones, pero no a los datos, así que puedes utilizarlo con tranquilidad.
Intenta esto, y dime haber que sucede...

He creado otro usuario 'Administrador' para entrar y borrarlos desde allí. Pero ya no estaban los Ntuser.dat (y ahora entiendo lo de que pertenecen al Perfil de Usuario... es que de infromática voy mal, como ves). Así que no he podido borrarlos desde allí.
Luego he vuelto a mi cuenta normal y, evidentemente, estaban otra vez allí, con todas las carpetas cambiadas de sitio y orden que te comenté.
No conocía lo de Restaurar Sistema, por lo que nunca marqué un punto desde donde reiniciar. Mi pregunta es: ¿Si le doy a Restaurar Sistema igualmente volvería a tal como estaba cuando lo compré? ¿O, por lo contrario, si no marqué un punto de referencia, no pasará nada? ¿Y si volviera al momento en que lo compré, se conservarían mis documentos y los datos que tengo guardados?
Cuando solucione esto, ya pondré un punto de referencia, para próximas veces.

No lo ves desde el usuario administrador porque no están a la vista los archivos y carpetas ocultos. Si abres cualquier carpeta, y te vas a organizar (parte izquierda), y ahí a opciones de carepta y bsuqueda, en la ventana que se te abre escoges la opción Ver, y ahí puedes marcar, mostrar todos los archivos y carpetas ocultos. De esta manera deberían de verse
La restauración de sistema, al menos en la versión professional de vista es automática, y se crea cuando se instala un programa o hace una modificación que afecte al sistema oeprativo ¿qué es que no tienes ningún punto de restauración creado?

Disculpa tanta pregunta, pero es que no me ha dejado hacer la Restauración de sistema. Sí que he visto que tengo muchos puntos de reinicio, pero lo he intentado tres veces con distintos puntos de tiempo y las tres, tras estarse 10 minutos 'restaurando' me ha reiniciado el PC y me ha dicho que no se ha podido restaurar el sistema por motivos desconocidos.
Y no me he atrevido a borrar los Ntuser desde la otra cuenta, hasta no haber intentado antes eso. ¿Crees qué debería hacerlo?

BUfff es que así en temas de virus... podrían ser tantas cosas... hay virus que si utilizan restaurar sistema para regenerarse, pero hasta ahora no había visto nigunno en el ntuser. Prueba a pasar la siguiente herramienta HIJACKTHIS

Pues siento decirte que no veo nada raro... sino te deja restaurar sistema, y me dices que no te deja arrancar el sistema en modo seguro o a prueba de fallos, se me agotan las opciones, así sin verlo... lo único antes de formatear, que pruebes a hacer una reinstalación del sistema operativo, pero... si lo único raro que tienes, es eso... ¿y el sistema te funciona con normalidad... digo yo que... no te la habrá liado el norton? ¿Has probado otro antivirus? ¿Recuerdas qué virus te había detectado?

He intentado ejecutarlo como Administrador, aunque no he sabido cómo y he supuesto que ya lo había hecho por su cuenta, porque le he dado todos los permisos...
Mañana te escribo algo, a ver qué tal van mis chapuzas informáticas. De todas maneras, gracias.

Quería preguntarte cómo va eso de formatear. ¿Puedo mantener los archivos sin que se borren? ¿O se va todo? ¿El sistema operativo también se va? Porque a mi no me dieron ningún CD de Windows cuando lo compré. Me dijeron que todo iba instalado y que ahora no se dan.
¿Cuánto tarda en hacerse? ¿Es lo suficientemente sencillo como para que los novatos podamos hacerlo?
Yo no querría hacerlo, pero el hecho de no poder Restaurar el sistema no me gusta. Vaya, por si necesitara Restaurarlo más adelante. Además, ahora tampoco tengo mucha cosa en mi PC.

Perdona la tardanza, pero bueno, los fines de semana no suelo estar por aquí. El tema del formateo es sencillo, si evidentemente lo sabes hacer. LOs equipos nuevos tienen que traer el sistema operativo para en caso de problemas tener que formatear, lo que pasa es que ahora está de moda, no mandar los cd´s, y lo que hacen es dejar una parte en tu disco duro, para el sistema operativo y los drivers. Con lo cual, deberías de tener una utilidad, o un acceso directo en tu escritorio, que habrá puesto el fabricante para generar el cd de rescate, que digo yo que a su vez, también te meterá los drivers.
Si creases este cd, el proceso constaría de lo siguiente, metes el cd en la unidad, reinicias el equipo, y si el equipo tiene puesta como primera unidad de arranque la unidad de cd, pues ya arrancaría sin más, o en el caso de XP, te pedirá que pulses una tecla. Cuando llegas al proceso de particionamiento, tendrás que borrar las particiones, crear una nueva, y decirle que la formatee y te instale, pero bueno ya te digo que en tu caso si consiguies el cd, esto seguro que te lo hará automatizado. Se echara tranquilamente unos 40 minutos.
Prueba a poder crear este cd lo primero, porque sino tendrías que conseguir un cd de windows, y conseguir todos los drivers de todos los dispositivos de tu equipo, y el proceso será bastante más largo y tedioso.
