No consigo poner mi htc desire bravo en s-off

Lo he intentado con muchos programas pero no lo consigo y simplemente lo quiero llevar a cabo para mejorar el rendimiento software del teléfono, actualizar la version de android y poder instalar mas cosas en la memoria de 8GB que tengo, por que normalmente lo guarda en la memoria interna.
Estaría muy agradecido si me pudieseis echar un cable la version de hboot es 1.02.001 creo recordar.
