The issue you're describing with your clutch pedal only working in the upper part after having the clutch changed and other components replaced, such as the master and slave cylinder and fork, could be due to several factors. Some possible causes include:

  1. Improper adjustment: If the clutch cable or hydraulic system is not properly adjusted, it could cause the clutch to engage only at the upper part of the pedal travel.

  2. Air in the hydraulic system: Air in the hydraulic system can cause a spongy or inconsistent clutch pedal feel, which can cause the clutch to engage only at the upper part of the pedal travel.

  3. Malfunctioning clutch components: Any of the components you had replaced, such as the master or slave cylinder, could be malfunctioning and causing the clutch to engage only at the upper part of the pedal travel.

  4. Worn clutch disk: If the clutch disk is worn, it could cause the clutch to engage only at the upper part of the pedal travel.

I recommend having the clutch system inspected by a professional mechanic or contact them via Gbwhatsapp to determine the exact cause of the issue and make any necessary repairs.

Based on the information provided, it is possible that there is an issue with the clutch hydraulic system. This can be caused by a variety of factors, such as air in the system, a leak in the hydraulic line, or a malfunctioning master or slave cylinder.

One possibility is that there is air trapped in the hydraulic system, which can prevent the clutch from fully disengaging. This can happen if the system was not properly bled after the new components were installed. Bleeding the system involves removing any air pockets and ensuring that the hydraulic fluid is circulating properly. If the system was not bled properly, it may need to be re-bled to resolve the issue.

Another possibility is that there is a leak in the hydraulic line, which can cause the clutch to engage improperly. A leak can occur if there is damage to the line or if a fitting is loose. If this is the case, the damaged component will need to be repaired or replaced.

It is also possible that the master or slave cylinder is malfunctioning. The master cylinder is responsible for generating the hydraulic pressure that engages the clutch, while the slave cylinder transmits this pressure to the clutch fork. If either of these components is not functioning properly, it can cause issues with clutch engagement. If this is the case, the faulty component will need to be replaced. You can get more info about it from their customer help center via GBWhatsapp Pro.

Overall, it is recommended to bring the vehicle back to the mechanic who performed the clutch replacement, and have them diagnose and fix the issue.

If your clutch pedal is acting too high, there may be a few potential causes:

  1. Worn clutch: A worn clutch may cause the pedal to feel higher than usual. This can happen when the clutch disc, pressure plate, or release bearing become worn and need to be replaced.

  2. Low hydraulic fluid: A low level of hydraulic fluid in the clutch system can cause the pedal to feel higher than usual. This can happen when there is a leak in the system or when the fluid needs to be replaced.

  3. Air in the hydraulic system: Air in the hydraulic system can also cause the pedal to feel higher than usual. This can happen when there is a leak in the system or when the fluid needs to be bled.

  4. Misadjusted clutch linkage: If your vehicle has a mechanical clutch linkage, it may be misadjusted. This can cause the clutch pedal to feel too high or too low. Adjusting the linkage may help to resolve the issue.

  5. Faulty clutch master cylinder: A faulty clutch master cylinder can cause the pedal to feel too high. This can happen when the seals in the cylinder wear out or when there is a leak in the system.

I recommend having the clutch system inspected by a professional mechanic or contact them via Chordsandlyric to determine the exact cause of the issue and make any necessary repairs.
