Userform activo en la barra de tareas de windows

Tengo un userform mal cual ya logre ponerle los botones de minimizar y maximizar utilizadon un código que encontré, ahora quisiera saber si hay alguna forma de que a la hora de minimizar el userform activo se vaya la barra de tareas de windows como lo hace por ejemplo excel.
