Boton maximizar y minimizar userform VBA excel

Requiero minimizar mis formularios de vba - excel. En todas partes encuentro el siguiente codigo:

pero no me funciona por que es para 32bits. 

descargué este otro aparete mente ajustado, pero aun no me funciona:
