No puedo ver mi formulario de oracle form 10G en el navegador

Estoy intentando ejecutar mi oracle forms 10g en el navegador le doy al semáforo y nada. Lo mismo se tira una eternidad buscando la página, para acabar dando error que lo mismo da 500 Internal Server Error 500 Internal Server Error.

Tengo iniciado el servidor
