What do I have to buy for equipament?

I am new to table tennis. I have an attacking wood and two rubbers Rapid from Tibhar. I am interested in the defensive game and I want to buy a shovel for it. For the reverse I have doubts about, I don't know if some short spikes or long spikes to test my defensive game, and besides, I don't know which wood to buy. These two things must be of a more or less affordable price, about € 50 as max.
