Forest lost 3-2 at the weekend, during a trip to struggling Hartlepool and most of the other results went against us. All good things come to an end, as they say, but hats off to our dynamic duo for the ridiculous recent run of form. Walsall losing the match, their League 1 status and, on Monday, their manager. Forest, as we know, were beaten.
By all accounts it was a deserved win for Hartlepool, who played a typical fighting-for-survival game, having scored three goals you can’t take anything away from them.
