Hace poco me salió una bolita en un piercing (de hace 3 meses) en la oreja, no sale pus, pero sí sangre. Qué es?

Como dice arriba, la pelota no tiene pus, y por eso no creo que sea una infección, pero no soy una experta ni nada. Solo sangra cuando la desinfecto. No sé qué es y tampoco sé hacer, ¿Me quito el aro? O lo dejo, ¿Para qué la infección no se esparza?
