Significado de siglas y abreviaturas.
Estamos tratando de importar (por 1ª vez) unos artículos de China y el proveedor me ha comunicado sus condiciones, pero emplea abreviaturas en inglés y tengo dudas sobre su significado, ¿puedes traducirme esto?:
The above prices are based on FOB PORT-X. Please note that WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE for the inland freight to our local port X, Customs Declaration, and Documents fees. Our responsibilities EXCLUDE the O.R.C. For ANY PORTS. The 30% advance payment is required before production. Lastly, please T/T the balance to us before we mail the B/L to you.

FOB es un término que indica que el precio incluye el traslado de la mercancía hasta el puerto de origen. A partir de ahí corren por tu cuenta.
T/T es transferencia bancaria.
O.R.C son tasas del puerto.
