Problemas con mi web.. Ayuda Por favor

Hice lo siguiente en mi index.html

para darles los enlaces cree una pagina de css así:

Hice mi enlace en index.html así:

link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="menu.css"/>

Ahora, cuando voy a pegar un párrafo o una foto de otra web que hice, me sale todo subrayado y con enlace...ayuda por favor ...soy novato
