Problema con grabadora Yamaha CRW8424E

Hola, parece que es compliacado resolver esto, es que tengo un problema con mi grabadora al tenerla con windows xp.Me he bajado el driver(bueno es firmware, que no sé qué es) y no hace nada. Sólo me funciona esta grabadora con el windows 2000.
Si me pudieses ayudar o decirme algo te lo agradezco.
Al intenta grabar un CD de audio este es el log que me sale, por si lo puedes inertpretar mejor que yo:
