Things are moving forward in the beauty industry as more and more consumers are learning about chemicals in beauty products and what ingredients to avoid. Consumers are questioning what they are putting on their bodies and the demand for safe cosmetics is rising.

People are also learning that the FDA and the government are not making sure these products are safe. That’s why the Environmental Working Group has put together easy to use tips on how to read labels on personal care and beauty products. I became interested in juicing after watching Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, and since then I have done a tremendous amount of research on the benefits of juicing on the body. Surprisingly, I learned of another benefit…glowing, healthy skin.
