Esports Stadium Opens in Las Vegas Strip

Allied Esports and Esports Arena, the world's premier network of esports venues, have announced plans to develop a new dedicated esports arena at the Luxor Hotel and Casino. Scheduled to open in early 2018, Las Vegas, a new esports arena, will be Streep's first permanent esports arena and will be the center of Allied Esports' growing global network of esports assets across North America, Europe, and China.

Esports Arena Las Vegas will be a global epicenter for esports experiences by combining top-notch interactive entertainment with Las Vegas nightlife. With the design and programming contributions of Allied Esports companies around the world, Esports Arena, a North American division, will take the lead in bringing the Las Vegas concept to life. Naming opportunities for Esports Arena Las Vegas are also being considered.

"We have very ambitious expansion plans for the next couple of years, and when we realized it was possible to be located in Luxor, we jumped at the opportunity to develop our flagship here," said Judd Hannigan, CEO of Allied Esports International. "Just as Yankee Stadium, Madison Square Garden, and Wembley Stadium are considered the most aspirational venues in their sport for both players and fans, Esports Arena Las Vegas is an iconic destination for esports and will complement the city's incredible appeal by attracting video game competitors and fans from all over the world."

In partnership with Luxor and renowned design firm YWS Design & Architecture, Esports Arena is transforming the space currently occupied by 30,000 square feet of nightclubs into a multi-stage arena with a competition stage, LED video walls, telephoto seating, daily game stations, powerful food and beverage offerings, state-of-the-art streaming and television quality production studios. In an environment designed to provide an unparalleled fan experience, the arena will provide an ready-to-use championship destination for tournaments, leagues, and high-stakes matchups.

Niklas Rytterstrom, General Manager of Luxor, said, "Our company is a leader in the entertainment industry and recognizes the exciting growth of esports. With this partnership, we will bring new experiences to the market, once again elevating the city's vast entertainment offerings."

The Esports Arena brand was launched in Santa Ana, California, in 2015 with the opening of North America's first dedicated esports facility. Since then, it has attracted game developers, sponsors, and hundreds of thousands of players and fans from many of the gaming community to Santa Ana's events, creating an online and offline social and competitive gaming environment that has garnered millions of viewers worldwide with live online and post-production content. The first step in North America's expansion was the announcement of Esports Arena Oakland last year, which will open in the coming months.   바카라사이트

Tyler Endres, Co-Founder and COO of Esports Arena, said, "ESports Arena Las Vegas will be the ultimate Esports environment that people around the world will try to experience firsthand. Operations and programming will be unique because other parts of us are so leading in engaging and supporting the community, and here in Las Vegas, we are developing an approach that will generate excitement for the millions of visitors to the city every year."

Plans to expand esports arenas focus on creating a market-based ecosystem for the future of esports. The company plans to announce 10-15 esports arena locations in North America over the next few years and is working to address some of the challenges that exist in esports today, including professional paths for aspiring amateurs, improved team-player relationships, enhanced overall player health and financial stability, and limited entry barriers for sponsors.
