Error de Configuración timedate php
Tengo un error en la configuración de mi servidor pero no se como remediar el siguiente error desplegado uso XAMPP como servidor de pruebas

Eso es porque en tu configuraciond de php no tienes seteada la zona horaria.
Abre el php.ini y busca el bloque [Date], ahí puedes definir
o si no, usando la función php:
date_default_timezone_set($zona_horaria) puedes setearla para el script.
