Ayuda, mi pc se apaga cuan uso programas pesados.
Hola, desde hace un tiempo mi pc se esta apagando cuando utilizo un programa grafico o un juego, pero no se apaga totalmente la luz de encendido queda titilando o parpadeando y tengo que desconectar la torre para poderlo encenderlo otra ves ¿que puede ser?

Vamos a decartar posible causas, cuando lo empezo hacer, es decir el mismo juego funcino alguna vez correctamente, asi como el programa que comentas.. lo mas probable es que el juego necesite una resolucion grande por eso se va la imagen del monitor prueba de nuevo y revisa que el teclado funcione cuando quede negra la pantalla, presionando el bloq. May. Y me comentas..
ya hace mas de un mes y no es solo con un juego es con todos, o con programas como 3d max, adobe after effects, premier, maya cualquiera que exija la maquina, no, el teclado tampoco funciona, eso es lo peor queda totalmente muerto se apaga todo solo queda el boton de encendido titilando y tengo que desconectar la toma corriente del pc y esperar unos segundos para que deje de titilar para poderlo prender de nuevo, ayer mire y cuando usos esos programas pasa rapidamente de 45 grados a 65, 62 en cuestion de 10 minutos, no se si eso sera normal y si pasa mas de media hora pasa eso se apaga, tengo que usarlo por lapsos de tiempo 30 minutos dejarlo quieto unos 30 minutos y volver a jugar o usar el programa y así a cada rato.
Pues ya le diste al clavo, el problema es de sobrecalentamiento, checa si el ventilador del procesador tiene mucho polvo y pasale una brocha.. mejor aun, trabajala sin la tapa lateral.. y me comentas..
Segui tu consejo, y trabaje sin la tapa latera y eurek jugue por 2 horas seguidas y trabaje en after effects y no se apago, entonces mire el procesador y ya no existe la pasta termica esta totalmente acabada, pero los 3 ventiladores funcionan normalmente y parte de un ruido como de grillo en la fuente de poder no note nada raro, voy a cambiar la pasta termica a ver que pasa pero, si no es por eso y los ventiladores trabajan bien, ¿que otra cosa podria ser? ya se que es por sobrecalentamiento pero que lo esta generando???
¿Ya limpiaste los ventiladores?, otra cosa importante cambiale la pasta, venden unas muy buenas que vienen en jeringuitas.. eso puede ayudar.. ¿aparte del ventilador del procesador tiene otros mas el gabinete? Por utlimo se me ocurre si persiste el problema, cambia el disipador del procesador, hay unos de la marca manhattan muy buenos..
si los ventiladores estan limpios y funcionando bien son tres el del disipador, y dos en la tapa pero los 3 andan bien, voy a cambiarle la pasta mañana haber que pasa y te cuento, una duda ¿ese ruido como de grillo en la fuente de poder es normal o debo mandarla a revisar? claro que solo se escucha despues de un buen tiempo y cuando esfuerzo mucho el pc
No debe haber ningun ruido en la fuente salvo el del ventilador, es probable que algun componente ande mal..
pues parece que la pasta solo me dio mas tiempo antes de que se apague voy a mandar a revisar la fuente y en ultimas cambiare el disipador, pero bueno por lo menos ya se que es, ahora a descubrir el origen. Un saludo y muchas gracias por tu ayuda
