Podríamos tratar de buscar tutoriales de desmontaje del video pero no he encontrado información sobre tu modelo en concreto pero sí para modelos similares, (si pudieras subir capturas de la parte interior del VCR sería útil para que otros compañeros con conocimientos pueden valorar la avería)

Pueden ser diversas causas:
Un objeto extraño obstruyendo el mecanismo de carga
Alguna pieza del mecanismo de carga rota o deformada
Problemas en el motor de carga u otros
Son mecanismos delicados, debe dejarlo en manos del servicio técnico especializado.
