Tengo un Samsung DVD-611 que es region 1 y quiero ver si podrias ayudarme a cambiarlo a region 4 o multiregion....gracias

This hack should also work on the Thompson DTH-3300,DTH-3600, DTH-4000, DTH-4200, DTH-4500, DTH-5200, Hitachi DV-P305e, DV-P315e and Samsung DVD-M105, DVD-M205, DVD-M405, DVD-511, DVD-709, DVD-809, DVD-909, DVD-611 and DVD-811 players. If the language option doesn't appear on your Samsung player then you could attempt the Samsung V5000 hack listed above.
Switch on unit and ensure no disc is in the machine. Press and hold the 'Play' and 'Stop' buttons on the players fascia until the language menu appears then release. Choose the desired local language from the menu. Press 'Repeat' then enter one of the codes below for the native region the player is already set to:-
Region 1: '2', '9', '3', '3', '4'
Region 2: '3', '8', '7', '6', ''7'
Region 3: '5', '6', '7', '3', '2'
Region 4: '7', '6', '8', '8', '4'
Region 5: '5', '3', '8', '1', '4'
Region 6: '2', '4', '4', '6', '2'
A code will appear indicating the region setting of your player. Press '9' for region free, '1' for region 1, '2' for region 2 etc. Press the 'Open/Close' button on the player to open the tray. Press 'Standby' on the remote to close the tray. When the player is turned back on it will set to the new region. If the player subsequently freezes on the FBI warnings then press the 'Forward Search x2' to skip.
